Grief, Anxiety, and End-of-Life Therapy for Adults in Washington State

Helping adults at every stage of life work through anxiety, grief, and trauma so they can find acceptance, trust themselves, and feel more at peace

I help adults work through anxiety, grief, trauma, and depression, and reconnect with their own capacity to heal. Together, we build practical tools and deeper self-awareness so you can trust yourself, find acceptance, and feel more confident in your daily life.

My Approach to Therapy

I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, somatic therapy, and psychodynamic therapy to help you understand patterns, process past experiences, and recognize your own capacity for healing. I also draw on Compassionate Inquiry and professional coaching to support deeper self-awareness and help you identify and live by your own truth. Our work is practical and focused on creating real, lasting change- in all areas of your life, not just the ones that brought you here.

What It's Like to Work Together

My style is warm, supportive, and direct. Sessions are conversational and structured. I meet you where you are and draw on a range of resources and approaches to help you learn in the way that works best for you. Over time, clients often find themselves feeling more confident, calm, and grounded in who they are and what they value.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer a sliding scale if I don’t have insurance?

Yes, My sliding scale rate depends on your situation and is open for a discussion.

Do you offer virtual therapy in Washington?

Yes, I offer virtual sessions to clients throughout Washington State.

What is Compassionate Inquiry and how do you use it?

Compassionate Inquiry is a therapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté that helps you explore the root of your patterns and emotional responses with curiosity rather than judgment. I weave it into sessions to support deeper self-awareness alongside our other work

How does coaching differ from therapy in your sessions?

Therapy focuses on understanding and healing — processing past experiences and emotional patterns. Coaching focuses on where you want to go and how to get there. I'm trained in both, which means we can work on both dimensions when that's what you need

What does a first session look like?

I offer a free 15-minute consultation before we begin, so we can see if we're a good fit. From there, our first full session is a chance to talk about what's bringing you in and start building a plan together
