Postpartum & Anxiety Therapy for Adults in Richland, WA

Helping neurodivergent adults make sense of how they're wired and build a life that actually works for them

I work with clients to make sense of their neurodiversity and what it means for their daily lives. Together, we identify what's driving their stress, build coping tools that actually work for them, and practice using those tools so they can take better care of themselves and feel more in control.

Who I Work With

  • Adults newly diagnosed with ADHD or autism who are making sense of what that means
  • People stuck in survival mode: overwhelmed, burned out, and running on empty
  • Adults dealing with postpartum depression or anxiety after a new baby
  • Those working to understand how their upbringing shaped their patterns and triggers
  • Anyone who's felt like they've been coping their whole life but never actually healing
  • If you've spent years pushing through and you're ready to feel genuinely okay, not just functional, this is a good fit.

My Approach to Therapy

I use a blend of CBT and DBT skills with a person-centered approach. This lets me help clients build practical tools while also creating a space where they feel truly seen and heard. I take time to understand each client's unique background and experiences because therapy works best when it's built around the whole person, not just the presenting problem.

What It's Like to Work Together

My style is compassionate, direct, and warm. I create a space where you can be honest without feeling judged, and where we can do real work together without it feeling clinical or stiff. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling more grounded, more self-aware, and more equipped to handle whatever's in front of you.
