Service Member and Family Therapy in Washington State via telehealth
Helping military families and service members navigate the unique challenges of military life so they can feel more connected, resilient, and ready for whatever comes next.
I specialize in the stress that comes with military life: deployment cycles, frequent moves, shifting family roles, and the transition out of service. Using CBT, DBT, and empowerment therapy, I help you build the coping tools and clarity you need to manage what is in front of you.

My Approach to Therapy
I use a gradual, client-centered approach that eases into difficult topics when you feel ready and have the tools to process them. I draw primarily from CBT, DBT, empowerment therapy, and psychodynamic therapy, and I use collaborative goal setting throughout our work to make sure sessions stay meaningful and productive.
What It's Like to Work Together
My style is warm, relaxed, and genuinely collaborative. Sessions feel more like a real conversation than a clinical appointment. I meet you where you are, make sure you feel comfortable talking about what matters most, and we close each session by setting clear, client-driven goals for what comes next. Over time, clients find they are building skills that hold up outside of our sessions.
