Trauma, Relationship, and Life Transitions Therapy for Women in Washington State
Helping women work through trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions so they can feel steadier, clearer, and more like themselves
I work with women using a tailored mix of EMDR, CBT, somatic therapy, and IFS to get to what is actually keeping you stuck. We process what needs processing and build real skills so the changes show up in your daily life, not just in our sessions.
Who I Work With
- Women healing from trauma and PTSD
- Women navigating major life transitions including divorce, career shifts, and identity changes
- Adults working through relationship ambivalence and communication challenges
- Women dealing with anxiety, depression, and chronic stress
- People who have tried therapy before and are ready to do deeper work
- If you are feeling unsteady and you are ready for something that actually moves the needle, this might be the right fit.

My Approach to Therapy
No single approach works for everyone, so I draw from several proven methods, including EMDR, CBT, somatic therapy, and IFS, to tailor our work to you. We'll explore what is keeping you stuck, process what needs processing, and focus on changes that actually show up in your life.
What It's Like to Work Together
My approach is genuine, eclectic, and supportive. I meet you where you are while helping you build real skills to navigate what is hard. Clients often leave sessions feeling more grounded, clear-headed, and capable of handling what comes next.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does a first session look like?
Our first session is a low-pressure conversation. We will talk about what is bringing you to therapy, what you have tried before, and what you are hoping to work on. From there, we figure out together what our work will look like.
What is IFS and how do you use it?
IFS, or Internal Family Systems, is a therapy approach that helps you understand and work with different parts of yourself. Rather than fighting your reactions or patterns, we get curious about where they come from. It is a gentler, more insight-driven way to process difficult experiences.
How is working with you different from other therapists?
I do not use a one-size-fits-all approach. I pull from several methods and adapt to what you actually need, which means our work stays relevant to your real life rather than following a script.
